wood


they chopped down a couple gigantic eucalyptus trees near my brother's backyard
I helped myself to a couple scraps

I'm curious as to how these will turn down for reel seat spacers
at

    Give it a try. Remember that eucalyptus firewood I brought to camp that wouldn't burn? Well it finally burned after seasoning for two years. Good stuff.

    once I make it up to shay's again (maybe next week?) we'll see. I need to turn three garrison style seats (no mortise) and gotta make up a jig for my lathe.
